The HOTL Association invites everyone working in Timor-Leste’s tourism and hospitality industry to attend its Annual General Meeting. Whether you run a hotel or guesthouse, operate tours, guide visitors, own a restaurant or café, provide transport, lead dive and adventure experiences, or work in crafts and culture, this meeting is open to you.

The AGM comes at a pivotal moment for the sector. Members will make three key decisions that will shape the Association and the industry for the years ahead.

Deciding our identity
We will update the membership register and vote on what the HOTL acronym stands for, so that our name reflects the full breadth of the community we represent.

Shaping our direction
Members will review and vote to adopt the draft 2026–2030 Strategy. The draft is available to download through the RSVP form, and we encourage all attendees to read it before the meeting.

Electing our leadership
A new board will be elected, with a seat for every sector, so that each part of the industry is represented in the Association’s decisions.
